Anderson & Dake Nigeria Limited is a fully owned Nigerian company focused on acquisition of assets, appraisal, development and production. Our specific area of interest; in the near to medium term is the Niger Delta area of Nigeria. This is because our workforce has vast experience in this area. In the medium to longer term, we also plan to pursue opportunities in the Dahomey Basin offshore Lagos and other parts of Africa such as; Angola, Congo, Central African Republic and Ghana culminating in the profitable development of some moderate sized hydrocarbon assets which cannot be profitably developed by international oil companies.

Our Focus

Our focus is to seek potential profitable Oil & Gas assets and engage in the acquisition, development and production of these assets with minimum risk exposure for investors and communities where we operate. Our business model is simple, but guarantees success for our activities and they include:

•Acquire interests in fields with verifiable proven reserves with an emphasis on early oil projects and monetization of significant gas reserves by outright purchase or acquisition of interests alongside operators.

•Provide financing and technical expertise to achieve field developments(safety, cost, production, reserves, operating cost and cash flow) objectives.

Through strategic agreements and partnerships, we have also put in place credible foreign technical and/or financial expertise for further development of targeted fields/assets which has further put ADNL in a position of strength as a production company.
