Our Strategic Business Goals:

Base Assets to Maximize Reliability and Income

Equity acquisition of reasonably sized and stable base assets will be the foundation of ADNL’s current production. We believe this will generate substantial earnings and operating cash flow required for investing in the Company’s growth portfolio. The Company emphasizes high operational availability, disciplined investment and a competitive cost structure to maximize recovery and income from its base assets.

Growth Assets Exceeding Production Growth Expectations

Growth assets will be where ADNL will be expected to make significant investments to increase oil and gas production and reserves. The Company is focused on Nigeria and Africa liquid and gas hydrocarbon growth by developing rich Marginal Fields and acquisition of larger conventional assets.

Exploration Increasing Opportunities for Value Creation

ADNL will also be looking at investing selectively in exploration programs that offer significant value potential in the near future especially in new areas like South Sudan, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, etc. Other areas of exploration will include Ethiopia, Gabon and Chad.

Investment in Technology for Growth Expectation

We will utilize technology to improve performance of our business components by a rapid implementation of currently available or newly developed technology.

ADNL will focus on delivering integrated solutions that describe our reservoirs in detail, from broad basing settings to localized variations in individual formations. We emphasize solutions that integrate state-of-the-art technologies in areas ranging from seismic imaging, geologic modeling, petrophysics, reservoir management and production engineering.

Integrated solutions are especially important to formulate development plans for today’s ever-more challenging reservoirs
